"Thank you for taking the time to learn about Hogan Building Associates. My construction experience started over thirty years ago, working my way through college as a laborer. From there, I have worked as a carpenter, superintendent, project manager, construction manager, general contractor, senior cost manager, chief estimator, director of construction and principal owner of Hogan Building Associates. While my experience and knowledge is well versed, my passion and strength is estimating and cost management. From my early days of estimating, I realized the one constant is no two projects are alike. Although each bear unique characteristics, they all require the same end result of achieving completion within budget and schedule. It became my mission to develop efficient approaches to estimating and cost management that would provide consistency and flexibility. This assures every client receives a customized deliverable that meets their specific requirements.
